NVL Governance Team Structure
Chairperson
- Provides strategic leadership and direction for the NVL.
- Ensures that the league’s vision, mission, and policies are upheld.
- Acts as a key representative for NVL in national and international volleyball platforms.
Independent Non-Executive Members
- Contribute impartial insights and ensure governance decisions are fair and aligned with NVL’s objectives.
- Monitor compliance with NVL policies and ensure decisions are made in the best interest of all stakeholders.
- Advise on league improvements and long-term strategies.
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
- Responsible for day-to-day operations and administration of NVL.
- Implements policies, plans, and decisions as per the directives of the governance team.
- Oversees league management, franchise coordination, and financial performance.
NVL Operations Team
- Supports the Chief Executive in ensuring smooth league operations, from match scheduling to event logistics.
- Coordinates with franchise teams, venue managers, and stakeholders to maintain operational excellence.
League Committees (Delegated Authority)
- Committees may be formed to handle specific areas, such as match regulations, disciplinary actions, and league promotion.
- Ensure compliance with NVL rules and regulations across all activities.
- Address disputes and oversee fair play in the league.

League Management
- Oversee the overall operation and administration of the Nepal Volleyball League.
- Ensure the league adheres to NVL Rules and aligns with its strategic goals.
Policy Implementation
- Execute policies resolved upon by stakeholders to enhance the league’s performance and reputation.
- Recommend changes to NVL rules, policies, or practices to promote growth and sustainability.
Franchise Coordination
- Work closely with franchise teams to support their operational and promotional efforts.
- Address franchise concerns and maintain a collaborative relationship between teams and the league.
Dispute Resolution
- Act as the governing body to resolve disputes among stakeholders, including franchises, players, and sponsors.
- Prosecute breaches of league rules and ensure penalties are applied fairly.
Strategic Oversight
- Provide strategic direction to elevate Nepal Volleyball League as a globally recognized tournament.
- Foster partnerships with sponsors, associations, and stakeholders to strengthen the league’s foundation.
Delegated Authority
- Empower committees to make decisions on behalf of the governance team for specific operational matters, such as scheduling, marketing, and player management.
